An ancient Japanese legend promises that anyone who folds a thousand origami cranes will be granted a wish by a crane, such as long life or recovery from illness or injury. More about the initiative.
If you're interested in participating in this initiative, simply email OR submit a photo of your crane, together with your message of well-wishes. Learn how to make a crane!
Do your part by donating money for much needed supplies. A list of avenues for doing so be found here. Remember, mere thoughts without action is of limited help to the earthquake/tsunami victims.
